ABSENTEE VOTING
Absentee_voting [pdf download] Here you can find information on how to vote early. You can vote early by mail or by walk-in.

Any registered voter may cast an absentee ballot. The Elections Division will mail an application to every registered voter household in July 2008.

If you cannot vote at your polling place for any reason, or you will be absent from the State of Hawaii on election day, you may vote using an absentee ballot.

You may also vote at an absentee walk-in polling place before election day.

Voter Notification Postcard
The "Yellow Card" is mailed to all registered voters in the month of May in an election year. Receipt of the "yellow card" confirms that you are a properly registered voter. (more)

The State of Hawaii Office of Elections is in need of precinct workers. Non-profit organizations can also raise funds by serving as precinct officials.  (more)
